4. AI-Generated Content

AI responses and generated presentations are for informational and entertainment purposes. They should not be considered professional advice. Always verify important information from authoritative sources.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Goldfish offers premium features through monthly and annual subscription plans. All payments are processed through Apple's App Store, and Apple's billing and refund policies apply. The Developer does not directly manage payment information.

Subscription purchase data (product ID, amount, currency) may be shared with analytics partners for attribution and conversion tracking purposes.

6. Third-Party Services

Goldfish uses third-party services for AI processing, analytics, authentication, and advertising attribution. These services process data according to their own terms and policies.

The Developer is not responsible for third-party actions or outages.

7. Tracking and Advertising

The App may request your permission to track activity across other companies' apps and websites for advertising measurement purposes. You can allow or deny this request, and change your preference at any time in your device's Settings. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

Goldfish is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including AI response errors, data loss, or third-party service failures.
